Rachael Shepherd, as they introduce a NEW method of building core strength called
Somatic Stability™.
James and Rachael have co-created this new method inspired by mat Pilates combined with the nueroscience and method of GSY. James and Rachael will guide you through two somatic movement classes, and after each class there will be a review session (Learning Laboratory), where you can ask questions about the method, how to tailor the movements for your body, and integrate what you've learned into your daily self-care practices.
